Glintvemor guarantees the absolute authenticity of all products purchased directly through our website or authorized showrooms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to refuse service to any customer for any reason, and to cancel any order prior to dispatch. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

All items purchased from Glintvemor are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure all packages to their full retail value during transit, ensuring your investment is protected until it reaches your hands.

6. International Warranty

All Glintvemor timepieces come with a comprehensive 5-year international warranty covering manufacturing and mechanical defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, mishandling, unauthorized alterations, or water damage resulting from failure to secure the crown.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glintvemor, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

8. Indemnification

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Italy without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Italy.
